Vintage Art Glass Vase Dogwood Pattern Frosted made by Consolidated, Large, Dramatic, Translucent
For Sale is a large Frosted on Crystal Dogwood Vase made by Consolidated Glass. I. The Vase is very large as it measures 10 1/2" tall and is approximately 6 1/2" wide at the bulge. The opening measures 3 3/4" wide at the outer lip and has a 2 3/4" opening for a nice bouquet of flowers.
The Vase depicts very detailed Dogwood flowers in full bloom among stems and leaves for an all over effect. They are done in raised relief and the mold is very crisp as you can see the pistils and stamens detail as well as some veining in the flower petals. There is no roughness on the inner or outer edge of this rim which is commonly found on the Phoenix/Consolidated versions.
