    SteriPEN Journey LCD: portable, personal handheld UV water purifier.
    Brand New in package, never used BUT it's been in my closet for over 5 years. We purchased it for a wilderness trip and then the trip was cancelled so it was never used. It may need new batteries. Again, it's never been used so I have no idea.
    The box says it's UV light destroys viruses, bacteria and protozoa. Effective against travel pathogens that cause diarrhea, dysentery and hepatitis. Effective against germs such as staph & strep, e.coli and salmonella & influenzas. Effective against outdoor microbes such as bacteria, giardia and viruses. Effective against botulism, cholera, smallpox & typhoid.
    Would be a good addition for an avid traveler, hiker or camper.
